Betty Jane Punnett (Ph.D. NYU) is Professor of International Business & Management at the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill). Bill Buenar Puplampu (PhD; C.Psychol) is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Chartered Psychologist (BPS), and Dean of the Central Business School of Central University College, Ghana.
