Stanislav Shekshnia is a professor at INSEAD, senior partner at Ward Howell International and former CEO of two telcoms companies. Kirill Kravchenko is Deputy CEO for Organizational Affairs of Gazprom Neft and former CEO of Serbian multinational oil company, NIS, where he remains on the board of directors. Elin Williams is a freelancewriter specialising in business, and careers.
About the Author
Stanislav Shekshnia is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at INSEAD and a senior partner at Ward Howell International. He provides advice and coaching to senior executives, holds several board memberships, and was previously CEO of Alfa-Telecom and Millicom International Cellular. This is his ninth book. Professor Shekshnia was educated at Moscow State University (master’s and PhD) and Northeastern University (MBA).
Kirill Kravchenko is Deputy CEO for Organizational Affairs of Gazprom Neft. For eight years, until March 2017, he was CEO of Serbian multinational oil company, NIS, where he remains on the board of directors. He previously worked as a consultant, and for YUKOS and Schlumberger in Europe and Latin America. He has a degree in sociology (Moscow State University) and PhD in economics (Russian University of Chemical Technology).
Elin Williams is a freelance writer specialising in business, careers and higher education. She holds a BA and doctorate from the University of Oxford and is a qualified teacher.
