About the Author Lynnette Marrero is the bar director of Llama Inn and Llama San in Brooklyn. Marrerro was honored by the James Beard Foundation as one of America’s Leading Female Mixologists. She was named one of Fortune magazine’s Most Innovative Women in Food and Drink, and Mixologist/Brand Ambassador of the Year by Wine Enthusiast. Ivy Mix is the owner of the bar Leyenda in Brooklyn, which was nominated for the James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program in 2019.
