About the Author Charlotte Neuville has parlayed a successful 30-year career in fashion into realizing her dream to create a couture cake design business. An internationally known fashion designer and executive for such companies as The Gap, where she created the record-breaking global brand Product (RED) for Bono, she was inducted into the Council of Fashion Designers of America in 1986. She is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute and served an internship with master cake designer Ron Ben-Israel. She lives in New York City. Michael Coffindaffer is an artist, designer, and the business partner of The Fashion Chef, Charlotte Neuville. A former product development executive, he has worked with nationally recognized fashion and home décor brands and retailers, including Henri Bendel, Lord & Taylor, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Bill Blass. He also crafts one-of-a-kind accessories and creates commissioned interiors for private clients. He lives in Brooklyn and Fire lsland, New York.
