About the Author Mary Ellen Goldberg, LVT, CVT, SRA, CCRVN, CVPP, VTS is an experienced veterinary medical technologist with specializations in research anesthesia, physical rehabilitation, and anesthesia and analgesia. She is a retired member of the Academy of Physical Rehabilitation Veterinary Technicians, the Academy of Laboratory Animal Veterinary Technicians and Nurses, and an Honorary member of Academy of Veterinary Technicians in Anesthesia and Analgesia. Julia E. Tomlinson, BVSc, MS, PhD, DACVS, CCRP, CVSMT, DACVSMR is co-founder of Veterinary Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Medicine Partners and Founder of the American Association of Rehabilitation Veterinarians.
