About the Author
About the Author Dr. Josef Lahnsteiner has been involved in a wide range of water, used water, and water reuse projects for nearly 40 years. Currently, he is the Technology, Research and Development Director of the WABAG Group. Dr. Lahnsteiner has been a member of the Windhoek Direct Potable Reuse Research Committee since 2005, and Director of Board of the Windhoek/Ujams Industrial Water Reclamation Company since 2012. He has been an active member of the IWA Water Reuse Specialist Group’s (WRSG) Management Committee for 20 years, and since 2019, he has been serving as the Chair of the WRSG.
